Quite a few unmarked vehicles to be seen in the photos of the coverage of the M6 Toll bus stop event.
I guess it's one way to keep them busy.

12 plate silver toyota hilux pick up 4x4,orange stipes on rear door and amber lights on the roof so it looks like a motorway contractor,came hairing past me on the A444 this morning with blues and sirens going.very sneaky i thought!

Can confirm the unmarked dark grey A6 Avant TDI with dog guard operating on the A45/M42 junction by the NEC.
Got a flash of the dashboard-mounted blue lights as I hooned past in my courtesy VW Polo while the regrettable estate was once again being tended to under warranty. I acknowledged and went to pull over but they took a look and sped on.

Spotted a red Audi A4 Avant TDi yesterday at the Shell station at Mill on the Soar near Broughton Astley with 2 police in it filling up. Reg was KV12**C. Apologies only got a partial reg.
