A grey BMW 5-Series (E60 shape), registration VX59 HVG in central Worcester in the early hours of this morning. Also, a metallic red Seat Leon, reg starting NH08. This car is not locally registered, had no visible aerials, the blue lights were mounted inside the car at the base of the windscreen, and it even had dealer plates. Not easy to spot.

The Seat isn't a Police car.Weslake-Monza said:
So if the SEAT isn't a police car whose is it? Fire Brigade chief?
Good question - I too would like to know the answer to this. Whoever the two people in reflective jackets inside the car were, they weren't very happy with the driver of an old Clio on Foregate Street just after 2am this morning...Anyone know if there is a blue Renault Laguna saloon on a fleet? It had twin rear exhausts.
The car pulled out in front of me rather last minute (I was making nothing more than steady progress) on the M5 prior to pulling off to Kidderminster area. As I over took soon after I thought the driver seemed to be wearing a body armour jacket and may be un marked police?
Just wondered.
Thanks.
Nick

I spotted a current shape Mondeo in that dark slate blue sort of colour that had pulled a car heading north on the M5 in the West Midlands. Didnt get a reg sorry, I was making good progress south bound at the time
Usual hidden refinements behind the grill and in the rear window from what I could see.

The unmarked Nottinghamshire Black V70 (FJ06 ***) is actually our unmarked Armed Response vehicle not the Motorway traffic car.

Think I may have spotted that one at J27 yesterday. Regards
It wasn't exposing itself but the inside 'looked' very police car-ish from behind.
The worst car I keep spotting is an obviously 'ex' police Volvo estate that parks on Annesley by-pass in the layby just over the hill, you crest the brow, see white volvo and the instant reaction is to shed some speed you cruise past and spot it's on non-standard alloys and it's a young yoof having a smoke.....bugger.....I bet it's a right laugh cruising about in that with hi-zi on.
Unmarked Silver /Grey Mondeo 07 plate in worcs . Followed him in the 50mph limit on the a449 from the Mitre Oak towards worcs . As he gets to the 70 limit he disappears - I get up to 90plus leptons but he's gone . See him slow for the first speed camera , and then he's gone again . As we reach the r/bout where you turn left for jct 6 of the m5 he's slowed and is behind someone . He turns left , and as I move into the outside lane for the overtake he pulls out and floors it . I catch him up and as I'm about to pass ( at c 70 ) he (briefly) puts on his blue lights ..... I back off and tuck in behind and follow him until he turns off ( presumably for Hindlip Police station ?) . I was in a 996tt so I count myself lucky that I suspected something "wrong" with the Mondeo as it had a second interior mirror and didn't use much boost........
here we go,
Grey Passat FP08
blue octavia vrs with the fairy lights on the front
silver A3 2.0L diesel, number plate AP04 (cant remember the rest)
Silver Vectra WF54
BMW 320d in red on a 08 plate
Mondeo st220 blue BG03
Blue Evo (mentioned previously by someone) does the M6 rounds all the time
these are some of the ones which spring to mind and see round by me in the birmingham/west midlands
