The A41 (Solihull to Warwick) has signs proposing a new limit all along it frown

So does the A452 thru Balsall Common to Warwick frown
Noticed that today when I went through there to Meriden. Came back home via B4117 Honiley and Hatton and noticed proposals to drop speed down to 50mph as well along there.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

We need to find a dawn raid/breakfast run route that doesn't run the risk of losing your license for simply making some reasonably spirited progress.

There's still plenty of NSL out there, you just have to go down a smaller grade of road than before. It does tend to mean going for the kind of roads that mean using 40-70ish MPH, rather than roads that mean you can go up a bit higher. They are normally the roads you'll find me on, as my cars is more fun at vaguely sensible speeds down narrow lanes.

I just noticed that bit too. That does sounds awfully like not having a lie in. Which would be a shame, unless someone can find a route past a greasy spoon. wink

I was thinking more about doing the Triangle and the valleys, before they all become 50mph with average speed cameras.

Well I've been told that my passenger's seat is nice and warm next to the exhaust. You'll need your own helmet though. wink

I think she'll need a quicker car if she's to manage that feat from the outside... wink

True, you know how slow those old TVRs can be. Especially, and I may regret this, when there's a girl driving.
