shall we organise another for in a month or two's time so all the valentiners (and other poor excuses) can come along ?!?!?

Good one. I tried to follow the Ultima along the lanes. Mmmmmmmmmm -- interesting. No I couldnt do it even with 325bhp and traction control systems.
Can anyone post pictures on here?
Yes - more meetings please and just a thought - how about meeting somewhere and then having a drive to the lunch place. Perhaps a 30 mile drive in convoy - .

convoy/drive sounds good... somebody will have to sort out a suitabley fun set of roads to use though!!

My apologies Guys, I tried my best to find the place, but armed only with an internet printout (I've learnt my lesson) and NO knowledge of Leicester I was doomed!!.

I made it as far as Wiston, don't think I was too far off but lost after that!!

Good to see some postings already, I shall make the next one armed with a map and some idea of where I am going.

not surprised you couldn't find it... it was in the middle of nowhere.. down this country lane that was about 2" wider than the car..... !

Dont be frightened of bringing your better half. 9 people sat down to lunch 6 blokes and 3 girls. My wife was taking pictures of the Ultimas engine - dont why neither of us know anything about the guts of a car ---we just like driving, eating and meeting people.

I think we'll probably need a formal route next time to stretch the cars rather than just chase Clive!

Sorry I missed it, I did the Dorset Dawdle instead as I was down that way picking up a new back window for the car.
