Come on folks, remember the old days? Bunch of PH'ers, picnic chairs, packed lunch & beers, up above Starkeys on the outside of the track. Wander around the pits, a pint at the bar, the odd greaseburger.

How about the Sunday?

sounds good but I'm at an antinatel class at the weekend. Oh, fyi the inside of the track is compleately off limits to the public at the moment, so it'll have to be outside the track

I went to the Masters Series historic race meeting last Sunday at Donington. It was great to be back there because I had my doubts earlier in the year if anything would race there again. I may have a run up to this one too.

Looking forward to it.

Are we meeting up somewhere, presumably we're all going on the Sunday?

According the the website, rough programme...

SUNDAY 3 OCTOBER

Practice from 09.00 hrs – 11.24 hrs

Race 1 commences 11.24hrs

Lunch 11.43 hrs – 12.39

Race 2 commences 12.43 hrs

Racing completed by approx 17.30hrs / 18.00hrs

I would have thought getting there around 10am wouldn't be too early. Do we want to meet up on the way? I may be getting a lift, so it's not up to me to presume to organise where & when?

yes 10am OK?

No infield parking or access, so it's parking on the outside, might as well take a left when in and follow the road clockwise around the outside, past the exhibition hall and get as close to the gates by the pits access/diner as possible.

10.00 Is fine by me. I am guessing the best view will be from Redgate. Unfortunately they don't seem to have the Edwardian cars racing this time frown
