So thats £4 for the pleasure of showing my car?
Guess I'll be back at the Griffin tonight then!
I have to drop off one of the leather straps that I broke at a saddle-maker in Calverton and had arranged to do this tonight before going to the show.
I'll still call over there in my daily motor and have a quick shufty at the venue to see how well attended it is and let you al know at the Griffin later.
Ciao!

yippety yay yippety yay!!!!!!!!!!! My DeLorean passed her MOT today, I'm so chuffed, that means all the hard graft I did last weekend has paid off.
So, it looks like I'll be giving the De an airing at Papplewick next time round, but I will take the Avi along instead one week. I reckon next on the road will be our Toyota Sera....

As for the bloody MFN............ sorry, but bike night is nothing but total misery for us here in Brinsley - have you tried getting a baby to sleep when what sounds like the IOM TT is racing past your house with little or no regard for the 30mph limit in the village?
Sorry to rant, but we dread Wednesday nights now between March and October because of the bike nights
