Ladies and Gentlemen

The first meeting of the "SWPH Monthly" is planned to take place on Sunday 19th August 2012. All cars are welcome, from Pistonheads, kit cars, other forums, friend of a friend etc etc.
The format will be as follows:

9.00am arrive at the host venue - eat breakfast or have a poke around the cars and a chat
10.00am Depart for a hoon
10.45am Meet up at the re-group point, half way (15 minute chat)
11.00am Depart for second leg
11.45am Return leg will end back at the host venue for a snack and regroup.
12.00pm Head off home whenever you like or stay for lunch.

The cafe owner (also a car enthusiast) has kindly agreed to open the cafe an hour early just for our meeting. There is plenty of parking and no neighbours to moan about noise levels.
Please note the address carefully - This is not linked to Route 38 in cornwall. The postcode is TQ10 9HQ. Upon approach do not turn down "Siding Cross" lane, as my sat-nav suggested, the entrance is actually next to it by the car wash and cafe signs - in to the business park.

THE ROUTE
I have planned a route that covers 50 miles and will take 1hour 30mins. The route is suitable for ALL CARS, I have ensured all roads are white lined and no country lanes are involved to scratch paintwork, in case you want to bring a ferrari ! It is suitable for all power & types of car.

I will print out some copies of the map/route and circulate them at the venue.
Please edit the list and add your name and details, this will help me update the cafe on expected numbers.

SWPH Monthly.
I chose this first date as Sunday was slightly favoured in the survey list and the 19th avoids Pentilie FOS the following weekend.
It has become apparent that the monthly meeting will need to be flexible with dates, so as to avoid clashes with other events and to gain agreement from a host venue. Event No.2 should be an evening meet in Mid September.
