I used MyAlloys Bristol for a set of four Alpina 18" last April and am very happy with the work done still - holding-up very well. Popped in before Christmas to find they were shutting that day - a real shame, their service and comms during were excellent as mentioned above.

So instead I've just had the 5th wheel I wanted sorting refurbed (to match the other four as a full-size spare) by Phoenix Enhancements in Bristol (Brislington) and their work is at least as good, fast and done on site too, including the straightening tweaks and bake. They can diamond-turn on site too if that's what you are looking for. I'd happily use Phoenix again.
I'm taking my X5 22's in to Phoenix this week, I will try and remember to post my views on here afterwards. Was gonna use My Alloys but as mentioned above, they are now closed down!

Phoenix have quoted me £250+VAT for the set of four. Unusually it didn't matter what size they were either! All quotes I've had in the past from various places all varied in price according to the size. I'm quite pleased as they are 22's and usually cost more than say a set of 17's!

Took my 22 inch X5 alloys in to Phoenix today, I have to say very I was impressed by the advice and help so far. Their yard was very busy with several Mercs and Rangeys up on stands with the wheels off, maybe 10 cars in total?

Inside their unit was great! Loads of alloys hanging up cooling down and they all looked spot on. They have quoted me £250 plus VAT for the set of 4 wheels. I'm having a black undercoat with silver on top and then a dusting of slightly very light metalflake then lacquer - I forget the exact names now but will find out when I pick up the wheels and hopefully post some pics here as soon as I can.

The boss man said he did something like 64 wheels last week so I guess they are popular and the younger guys inside doing the wheel work did seem to know their stuff, they were more then helpful in helping me decice what colour I wanted and explaining the process.

So far so good, let's hope it stays like that!

There's a wheel refurb place opened in Avonmouth on St Andrews Road called the wheel specialists.
I've not used them so can't comment
They quoted me £360 to refurb 4 x 17" alloys.
