CWC is getting ever closer and we are starting to work out who will do what on the day. We need as many helpers as possible to ensure the day runs smoothly and we don't have to give people too many jobs. A great big thank you to those of you who have already volunteered, your help is very much appreciated, but we still need more hands on deck. So, if you can help us out, please let us know so we can add you to the list.

I can help. Any idea what it will involve? Surely not everyone will get to park supercars? wink

Im willing to help with anything, except cleaning. I hate cleaning.

Lots of different jobs to fill. Car parking, manning the raffle table, shaking a bucket to collect funds, organising the theatre for talks. Once his lordship has a list of names he can work out who's doing what and give people more detail about what will be involved. We are hoping to be able to let everyone know what they'll be doing ahead of time so that we all are all go on the day.

I'm sure he'll be along in a bit to take down names and answer any questions.

All help is much appreciated.

I live really close and am happy to help. Could be there early to help set up if needed.

Hello, I live nearby and would be very happy to help out. Came to the event on my birthday with my old folks in 2012 and all very much enjoyed it. My dad used to fundraise for the hospice years ago when it was fairly new so we know what a good cause it is.

Can't offer an exciting car but will help with whatever else needs doing on the day.

Cheers,

Joe
