My bike (and leather) has just gone away for the winter. A bit early in the year but I am having an operation in a few weeks time so would not have been able to ride it anyway.
I have a vfr800, which I have owned for 12 years now.

I ride.. as I mentioned in the thread about 6 months ago hehe

Why on earth the SW bikers are so st at organising a meet I'll never know.

Always up for a run regardless of the time of year (it's my only transport anyway). Gimme a shout if you fancy looking at a tired old, ridden hard VFR750.

At this time of the year I have no fun going out on the bike. Well unless it's above 10 degrees and dry.

Worth getting a list together and how about someone ( I can if you want start a FB Pistonheads SW group). Just so we can easily keep a eye on who is doing what and going out for a blat etc....

Im inclined to agree after freezing my bits off at the weekend but, I got this in return...

Although that's pretty much me finished for the inter now unless we get a lovely warm dry one!

Top piccy looks like The Sugar Loaf in the background, but you must enlighten me on those two locations!confused
I keep the Africa Twin on the road during the winter, but the Mille R gets wrapped up & stays in the dry!

added anyone who wants to join

Thinking We have Biker banter on FB but most are north on London direction. Will give us a good idea when it's biking weather to see if anyone want to go out for a ride etc....

Plus events like Motorcycle live. I will be there with about 4 others coming with me on the Sat the 29th. Anyone else going

I'll be going to the NEC for that too but no idea which day(s) yet but I'll let you guys know on fb.

I'm happy for a dry but chilly day with a short blast just for a coffee/bacon buttie and a bikey natter.

Sounds a good idea. My blades tax'ed and Insured all year so hoping we get a few days where i am not working and it's good enough to get out, freeze my balls off & ride
