Hi

Is there any minimum requirement for the car that you turn up in at these events?

I havent ever been to haynes before and the cars pictured above are my kind of thing and i am kinda into photography but i only have a e46 320cd at the moment and wouldnt want to turn up to get some photos only to find out that i'm not allowed.

Thanks
You can bring anything. I have been there in both a Clio 182 and my imported Genesis Coupe 3.8
With no disrespect to grkify, you'll be fine in your beemer wink

It would be great for lots of people to rock up. We all feel pressured. My car was dirty and I felt I had to clean it but in a way I wish I hadn't. It's all about the people and talking to each other.

I would have posted a pig of the filthy car but bad Somerset wifi says no. !!!!

..and a top morning it was too! That was an unexpected catchup and, seconded, doesn't matter what you have just come along and enjoy the company, cars and breakfast.

That's the good thing about this meet, there's such a wide random selection of cars that turn up.

NavyLynx do you work near to haynes?

I was planning on going, but parts I ordered earlier in the week didn't turn up (actually they sat a UKmail depot 5 miles away for two days whilst they lost them)
So car has no steering rack at present.
Looks like a the rain will hold off for a bit!

Nice morning, some nice cars and a wee bit cold but the rain mostly held off.

Many THANKS to the classic Porsche owner who warned me of the Police M'Bike with a speed camera on the way into Sparkford....cheers

On a nicer day last summer they were parking cars all around the kart track.
