I'd forgotten how pretty the Renault Spider is.

Anyone know how they choose the cars to put on the lawn outside (where the Jag Project 7, Ferrari and Rover where) seemed a bizarre trio to pick for special treatment :-)
Send Haynes an email before the event with a few details and snaps of your car. They choose their 3 favourites out of the submissions.

I think they didn't have any picked this month so just invited a few up since things were getting busy and not many places to park.

Agreed wrt turnout. I was there 9-11, other than the occasional full throttle departure (straight dry road, good sight lines) I didn't see any bad driving... nothing you wouldn't expect at such an event?
Couldn't agree more, perhaps I missed something?

Nice little walk around this morning. Had to laugh at the silly bloke in the light blue 360 spider who parked across 2 spaces. When asked to park properly (by an organiser) he had a tantrum about getting a dent in his door....his wife then started on about how big the doors are compared to anything else there and they needed the two spaces. I'm glad they persisted and in the end he had to move it...

I saw that as well.....they were very "special" people, and I worried about parking dead straight so not to get photographed for the bad parking thread smile

That was a good morning out i ended up in the far side of the track! I noticed that they now have a facebook group set up so expect it to get more popular.

Bit disappointed missed out this month - think there were a few other Lotus owners there and wanted to take a look at the Exige LF1.

Saw the light blue Ferrari though - was going the opposite way on the A303 whilst we were heading to Brooklands, did wonder if it was heading to Haynes.

I went yesterday for the first time. Great variety of kit there and a great drive down too.

Will try to get there for another one later in the year.

A couple of dozen pics here:

Saw your RS Ted.

Nice photos, and a great turn out, they will need outside catering next time.

Pishalicious,

Great photos and you quite correctly like red.

I don't not saw one 4C, didn't realise there were at least two there.

Thank you very much, Rappa! I take it the Aston is yours? Beautiful Car and colour.

Both 4Cs showed up quite early on, and both are absolutely fantastic. Definitely one of my favourite cars on the market right now.
