A kit car made in the 1980s, based on a Beetle floorpan, but with a 1.8 16v Golf engine. Been restored and now used a lot of racing, apparently.

Not a car I know, shame that it does not feature in any of the pictures that have been posted.

I Googled to find this picture of an FT and also for this Davrian, maybe not so far away from each other.

I thought that Bonito was quite cool. Shocked to learn it has a Beetle floor pan. Looked a little GT40'esque from a distance.
