Classic Action Day at Castle Coombe.

A few of us are going to C/Coombe on Saturday for their Action Day. Anyone fancy joining us ? Im thinking of convoy, meeting at Exeter Services 7 - 7.30.

Im thinking i may try and get the RX7 working to come up to this. Looks good.

There's a big variety of cars in SW P/Heads. Some you more often than others !! I have a MX5 Mk1 & some have friends have kit-cars.
There are Evo's, noble's , 911's & much more. I will be at Exeter Services 7-7.30. See you there !

ahh ok. im guessing you have a bit of a gathering already set for exeter then!
i would like to come and say hi but i'll give it a skip at exeter as a lot of the a380/a38 is now either a 30 or 50 zone due to roadworks of some kind so i'd have to leave a bit too early for my liking

will keep an eye out for anyone but i dont know anyone so will be difficult!
i hope the forecast on bbc website is wrong at the moment or i might not even go

What a great day
It seemed more kit car than classic to me but I still enjoyed it. Hopefully some of my photos are OK lol. Will sort them out over the next week.

I did 3 laps of the track myself. Well when I say track, i walked the footpath around it lol.

Anyone get any gopro footage? I have a video of the parade lap as well but it was on my baby camera so no idea how that turned out yet

Hello,

Yeah, was a great day and I had lots of fun out on track. Better than the usual Action Day as I find the driving to be that little bit better and it's nice to see some of the older cars out on track. Not everyday that you share the track with an E-Type Jag.
