Caring with cars

i thought the event was great and was hoping to go again this year. shame its not around for a while.
The raffle honestly though.... i won a great prize but it took a fair amount of push from me to receive it. My brother also won a prize which despite a lot of mail to people including the donor resulted in not even a reply. didn't help that the raffle went out of control as there were multiple people having the same ticket. tbh i wasn't overly bothered if the prizes were not received as the money was to good cause and i didn't feel this was a reflection on the organisation of the event. however, just as i donated cash the prize donations should also be physical. otherwise its just immoral of the prize donors.

Only just seen this Remal, well out of order if you are connecting me in any way with Escortcab!
Haven't a clue who he is or where he comes from, mine was a genuine question as it was a brilliant event last year .
Fwiw my user name is part of my surname, nothing to hide, I'm sure there are also a few more on here who know me also

or do we need a whoosh parrot.
just a shame the guy who posted rubbish cannot post a reply to all the others who including myself really enjoyed CWC
I shall even remove the part in my original post if this upset you

Cwc has always been a great event though last year something went very wrong with the raffle .but these things happen
The sound off was also a little confusing as to who we needed to find and where to take the car's
But it was a great day
And I think a small donation on enrty wouldn't go a miss .let's hooe its back next year

I was one of the volunteer marshals at the last cwc and can say that there was a lot of hard work behind the scenes and Graham and his team had been at it for a long time before the day. I was on the gate with a bucket almost all day and it was surprising the number of cars who did not put their hand in their pocket (although I assume they gave generously whilst inside the event ).
I know of one prize winner who is still waiting for the balloon ride, but they are receiving emails trying to organise a date. I presume this is with obiwonkeyblokey.
I believe they are in direct contact with the balloon team and when the stars align we will fly them.I know of one prize winner who is still waiting for the balloon ride, but they are receiving emails trying to organise a date. I presume this is with obiwonkeyblokey.
