It looks like the 6th is the most popular date, so I'll give the pub a call and make sure we can finish up there. Once the small details are sorted I'll then confirm details.
Boo frown Have fun!

Sunday 6th September - Confirmedsmile

I've just been talking to the pub and they're more than happy for us to desend on them again smile

So...sticking as much as possible to what we know works. Meet in Staples at the bottom of the M32, aiming to leave there around 16:30, and then finishing at The Huntsman Inn in Falfield.

I've got an amended route planned and will be driving the route over the weekend just to double check for any road closures, timings etc.
I'll print out the route for everyone as usual, and if i can find the program i used to use for writing tomtom files I'll have one of those sorted before hand too.

For those who use Facebook, I've set up a closed group so we can talk openly about the run, without the local chavs and barryboys knowing all the details....

Ok, will look into that. Luckily most PHers are friends with others so it's fairly easy to spot a genuine PH.

I've sent a join request too, although I'm not friends with any PHers so might slip through the net.

As I'm sure others drivers of open topped cars have noticed it is very easily smelt when you are following a car!! I have lost count of the number of cars I've been behind that stink of weed!

Too true - open cars are an olfactory treat in the open countryside (wild garlic! blossoms! hint of creosote! pollen! newly-felled tree!) and ...an eyeopener in the city - yuck ('diesel, diesel, bad resin, worse spliff, st here comes a bus' <sticky black face>)

Anyway - I'll be away & miss this event - sorry peeps.
