The link doesn't work unfortunately.

I was there on Sunday doing the Chilly 10k. 3 laps of the circuit and I never missed an apex!

There was a big hole in the barriers just past folly, I guess that where the smash happened.

Christ.

Let's hope he has an understanding friend...

It's never good to see a car being bought back to the pits with a telehandler

The chap must have gone a bit overboard at Folly then managed to slam the barrier then roll the car over (perhaps more than once).]

You have to remember that Castle Combe are very proud of their status as one of the most dangerous tracks in the UK with one corner (quarry) accounting for an enormous percentage of ALL crashes on UK tracks.

Stone cold slicks and hoofed it straight out of the pit lane with the result being upside down into the barrier @ Folly!
Both the driver and passenger walked away, apparently the owner of the car was a little bit annoyed!

And there we have the understatement of the internet!! lol

Although the owner only has himself to blame as he let the driver into the car who clearly didn't understand warming up the car and driver and doing a sighting lap before giving it maximum gas!
