This. I have asked so many times and never had a proper answer. The video that first triggered it in me was henry catchpole (I think) driving some sort of caterham esque kit car and he was on the wrong side of the road on blind corners. Everyone seemed to think it was ok as 'magazines usually have spotters' but if any of us where to be seen driving like that on the public road we would be seen as irresponsible scum!These people seemed also to have spotters and be putting more effort into things than Harris et al.
It has always seemed strange that enthusiasts get put in prison, these people get condemned but there are videos all over the internet of journalists doing exactly the same thing, on known public roads, but nowt happens.
If it was a biker showing 150mph on a video downloaded to facebook the police would be all over it.

As Morgs_ says, it's quiet compared to PH, but then most places are.
It's not supposed to be olde-fashion'd forum anyway, more a place for like-minded petrol-heads to chat and share our love of all things automotive (and other 'stuff').
It's changed a lot over the 18 months or so I've been there - getting better all the time.

What is 'Blatters'?There are currently people within the drift community trying to find somewhere to buy in terms of land so that the drifters can have a safe area to do what they do. It needs to be away from residential areas for obvious reasons and we need the support from the police and local councils and at the moment unfortunately the council isn't to keen on helping find somewhere despite what they are trying to do is pull these guys off the road. If anyone knows of any land for sale please let us know in the Bristol area or South-West.
