So far, so good. Takes a lot of getting used to as it is a bit sensitive. Second time I drove it the gritters had just set off and rolling out of the depot in second gear it was only the electronics that kept me out of The Herald.

It's Ann's regular commuter atm - but the throttle response seems VERY sharp initially, pretty easy to kangaroo if not careful.

Boot not as big as hoped, 2 bags of garden waste and it is full (so put the others in the maser and take both cars to the tip smile )

Had one hiccup when the TPS lit up on the M5, tyre pressure was fine, but the tyre was a bit snotted on the outer edge so got an alignment done anyway. No problems since.

Rear nearside disc got very hot at Goodwood when she did a trackday there (Octane magazine one, very civilised, 6 cars max at any time). The traction control was kicking in on the fast kink after turn 1, which might have been something to do with it. the handbrake sticks slightly now on that wheel, but frees as soon as you drive off, so i'll get it looked at when it has an oil change later this year (not due one but we always do it annually on all the cars).

Went to an indy BMW/Merc/Porsche place in Exeter about the handbrake, they looked out of the window and said "we don't tend to deal with mercs". I suspect I'll be going to Paddock then.

Paul, I'd try the main dealer, I was using the same indy (I think) and went to the main dealer to see if they could match the labour price, they did and great service so far!!!!!
