The Council are going to make improvements to the NDLR.

Might be a chance to make sure their "predictable journey times" aren't predictable because they've put a 20mph limit and Average Speed cameras all along it.

Agreed Devonpaul. Watch this space for speed cameras of both varieties. Having said that the road is not that bad. Admittedly you have drivers who consider the 3 lane sections are dual carriageways with the resulting carnage. The "improvements" appear to be confind to junctions? J C.
