Chartered Surveyor required for land valuation

I'm looking for RICS standard valuation for some land in the Bristol area to help with probate. Not being local to the area it would be great if anyone here could give me a recommendation for a company who could do this?

What type of land and roughly what area?

I am seriously looking for plots for a home build if planning is viable and location works.
