What the heck is with the idiots driving round firing a catapult at parked cars late at night/early morning?

Heard on the radio again at end of last week that for a third time more vehicles have been damaged

I've no idea. It's around Bemerton though isn't it, hardly Salisbury's finest area.

I've just been reading up on the latest clown in the city who decided to have a round robin of arson...

The latest incident was around Bemerton, the earlier incidents were in different locations
