Anyone know a good man and a van? South Somerset

As per the title really, moving from rented (Chard) into my new house (Ilminster) in a few weeks time and going to be doing the bulk of the move myself, but the wife has a shoulder injury at the moment so thinking of getting a reputable man and a van for a few hours to help move the big stuff.

Anyone know of anyone?
