Builder/plasterer - North Devon?

I am looking for proven and tested builders or plasterers to give me a quote for a quite large job.

It’s an old cottage that needs old concrete floor digging up, cement based plaster removing from walls, new slab with insulation and new lime based plastering internally.

Anyone got any reasonably priced recommendations?
