I reckon its a good idea - always a good night from that.
Also I need your opinions on my new wheels, as to whether I should keep them or not
Hello SW PHers. I've been threatening to meet up with you lot if I can get in on it, and tomorrow night seems like a good time since A) My housemates are away on holiday B) I'm working at the weekend and C) There's no food in the kitchen, so.. can I cut in for a ?
I'm up in Cheltenham near Alec but would be coming nearly straight from work. But first I have to decipher the code you guys are talking in - what's the reg'n'barry? Is it the Raj Bari ( www.multimap.com/map/photo.cgi?client=public&X=357000&Y=172500&width=700&height=400&gride=357298&gridn=172483&srec=0&coordsys=gb&db=pc&pc=&zm=0&scale=10000&in.x=5&in.y=13 ). I can't think where I would best park if going there though, despite living in Bristol for 4 years!
What's the thoughts on bringing laydees along... as in, good idea or will they get bored stiff by talk of lift-off oversteer and other tedium? She's offering to drive so that I could drink - is it worth this trade off vs. feeling sheepish all evening arriving by Peugeot 106 1.1 ? (Actually I rather like it )
Also, could someone PM me their number, to make arrangements a bit easier and in case I can't find the place?

Yup thats the place, as for ladys im bringing mine along but she will normally be the one starting the 'left foot braking whilst correcting mild understeer' conversation. Come along mate, bring who you like & arrive in what you like, dont sound like we are hooning so the bus may be the best!
I'll try and make it to the Pumphouse for a quick drink - had a case of the screaming trots yesterday so hitting my currently empty stomach with a curry might not win me the prize for this year's most sensible decision!
Neil - the wheels certainly look better on the move than when parked up. How does it drive with the excess load removed from the rear seats?

Alec are you still coming? How about if I go to pick up Beermonsters seats and whizz them down to you if you're there.
I should be, but i'm working in CHester today, so i might get delayed. Apparently it's a whole interior from a 90q, so i was planning to come and get it direct from the bloke on thursday in my work van. I could try and fit them in the car, but i'm bringing my dad's octavia as the S4 is stricken for another week.

I've done some preliminary 'hooning round a corner' and it seems a little less compliant - I'm leaning toward a set of 16"s now but we'll see...
