Thought the 19th was the consensus?

P.S. I spy with with my little eye something beginning with "T" (on your drive Friday evening)

Fun weekend?

I thought the 19th too.

Are we sure we want to anywhere between Bristol and Bath on that night? www.thisisbristol.co.uk/displayNode.jsp?nodeId=144913&command=displayContent&sourceNode=200267&home=yes&more_nodeId1=144916&contentPK=14876873

Feck.

Maybe a run out to the North of Bristol might be a better bet this month?

Anyone got any good routes / pubs over that way?

The pub on the in Tormarton (by J18 of the M4) isn't bad. I believe the Westfield Owners club meet there fairly often as well as various biker groups.

Don't let Mechsympathy anywhere near the pub choice - we had a very interesting evening last time we went north of Bristol!! Psychobert acted like a magnet for the local village "character"

In my defence the curry was pretty good, but I have to admit the pub was shocking

WTF is a "bimble"?

Sounds like some dozy old f..k driving too slowly and causing a traffic jam in his/her wake. Hardly relevent to our usual rate of progress enroute to a hostelry.

I think he might have found that you need to be a little more circumspect with rwd and shedloads of torque

I'm struggling for space until I get the other 3 garages.

Unless I get rid of the workbench and storage...

He'll be spending all his time polishing the bloody thing soon as he's afraid to drive it properly. Quite a common problem from what I hear.
