Hi Chaps,

Thought it may be time to start discussing (not organising - too sensible that) the August meet...

Thursday 24th August to start with?

Perhaps more beers this time?

That's the Thursday before the bank holiday - it might just work but people might be off on holidays.

I think the cut of the jib, for the alchoholics of us, is that we want to maybe try and get two nights out - the 16th and maybe also the later date too?

however, am writing this very hungover at the moment, so reserve the right to retract this statement at any time

pretty much anytime in august wont work for me, but i dont care cos i will be doing 3000miles around europe instead

although i will definitely try and make it to the one after

got a good idea about france (current thread in GG), but not looked at nice to munich or munich to home yet.

Inspired by Glen, I'll be turning up in my new diesel, all being well.
