Britballrun, see us in Broadmead on 23rd Aug!

Its nearly here, Britballrun 2006 happens on August bank holiday, only 1,000 miles this year & we have no idea of the start, the route or the finish. Last year we raised money for children in need, this year we are raising for Muscular dystrophy. Theres a family in Bristol that have 2 sons with the rare condition so we are looking to raise as much as poss for them.

The Esprit will be turned into a New York yellow cab, I have the taxi sign, the checks on the side, a load of pistonhead stickies & loads of others that will be splatted all over it, (poor paint work!) , & we are dressing as escaped convicts. The car will be displayed in Galleries shopping mall with a posh looking display stand & us stood around with buckets mugging passers by for change.

Come on down & take the p#ss if you like, its the 23rd which is a Wednesday & we will be there all day from 7.30ish to 7pm, we'd be grateful for any support!

Cheers Gezz for popping down mate, it was noted you made the largest individual donation, thanks mate!

We didnt have a clue how much we would raise, £100 would be good, £200 maybe? we counted our wedge last night & were pretty shocked that the pile of silver & coppers we collected came to £515.19p!

This plus other money we raised already puts up just over our target of £1,000 that will go towards a new faster & bigger electric wheelchair for a car loving 8 year old boy who has out grown his old chair. Some pics of the car can be seen on Espritworld... Thanks again Gezz!
