Hey all,

Due to the breakdown of my relationship with the missus, I've been given the uneviable task of being kicked out, and need to find somewhere to move...

Preferably somewhere around the cliftony area, it's be handy to go somewhere where they don't mind my bike(s) - does anyone know anyone around here?

Ta muchyous everyone

Havn't got any particular recommendations, but you'll need to get in quck before the last minute rush by disorganised students.

Have a trawl around the side streets between Whiteladies and Pembroke Road - there's been a lot of refurbishment going on over the summer and "to let" boards are starting to pop up.

One of the girls at work sorted herself out through a flatshare website.
Not sure if you're looking to share, but it's an option?

Sorry to hear the news

I've got a spare room at my flat (and no objection to bikes) but it's in Bath, not Bristol, so probably no use to you.

If Neil doesn't want it, how much are you charging? I'm looking at a potential purchase that will see me out of garage space already.

Bugger, that's bad news (unless it's good news, apart form the nowhere to live bit, never know). A friend of mine has a place in Alma Vale road that might be empty, i'll see if i can get hold of him tomorrow.

Already?? Haven't you just moved? TBH the garage offer was slightly tongue in cheek as one is already rented, and Glen expressed an interest in the other spare some time ago. We should have more of an idea in the next few weeks though. (The going rate seems to be about £20 a week btw.)

Hey all again,

Some pretty nifty footwork, some compromising and a lot of talking has saved me just, yet I get the joys of the spare room while things try to be sorted - so immediate panic over, however still may happen - who knows, but will be trying to not let it cry

Thanks for you kind comments though - nice to know I've some mates out there thumbup

Well done on keeping a roof over your head! All the very best for getting things sorted. Life is one big compromise!
