Being a bit of a Bristol Noob I haven't a clue where this place is. If I jump in a cab at the hotel will the bloke have any idea if I just say the name of the pub?

Sounds good for me - incidently, I shall be showing off something new tonight

Which also has 3 seats, but half the power of Daz's hehe

Interesting... it has 3 seats but half the power of Daz's... idea so it must be a detuned Mclaren F1hehe

Unfortunately I won't be there to show off my new toy - I'll try to come along next time.

He should do. It's halfway up Whiteladies Road (on the right, heading from town).

Great. Not sure if I'll be there for 7:30, depends what time I can get out of here. If you see a tall bloke wandering about the place looking lost and vacant, it'll be me so give me a shout. See you there......

On this map, Henry Afrika's is just near where Clifton Down station is marked (top left) but on the opposite side of the road and down a bit.

Great, choose a pub that's a git to park at.

..said someone who still can't judge how long their new car is

Better than one that's closed down!

At 7.30 try parkign on whiteladies, coming out of Bristol city centre on the left where there is a single yellow. Or the bottom of Oakfield Road (adjacent).

Oh, and last nights curry was brought to you by the number "20" and the word "concoction"
