Hi all, just posting to say iv just joined the forums and am interested in seeing what other bristol people have to say about cars and driving.

I drive a Mk2 mx5 however im dead inexperienced at driving with any skill, especially seen as iv only had RWD for 3 months or so, wheres the best place to practice in and around bristol?

Howdy, I wouldn't be 'practising' on the road *nudge nudge wink wink*, however I very much would recommend doing one of the Motorsports Events Trackdays, the nearest being Keevil - Bristol side of Bath - was £79 for the last open pit lane, and it was a great place for me to learn all about my new toy, and RWD.

there is a good skid pan at castle combe to gain valuable RWD skid control!

I wouldn't let that worry you. I"ve been driving RWD for twenty years and I'm still clueless.
