Dammit. No longer a certainty I am going to make this. banghead

I've been suffering from manflu for the last 24 hours and I'm not sure when it's going to bugger off. Don't want to go passing it on to anyone else.

DAZ grumpy

Come on Squadron Leader, stiff upper lip and all that old chap - I'm gagging for a good cobweb clear out, and the brief hoon up and down the Ring Road didn't do it for me - I'll accept no excuses old bean...

Yep 10am start. Recovery from manflu seems to be going to plan. #Should be there for 10am. I assume the birdlip carpark is well signposted/obvious? I'll be leaving the motorway, going up birdlip hill and at the roundabout turning a sharp right towards Birdlip. I assume this will get me there?

Right at the roudabout, then turn right at the top of the hill (signposted birdlip). Then first right (signposted Shab Hill, but hilariously altered to Shag Hill), through the height restriction and into the carpark.

Whilst trying to find a map on the net I gathered if we were having an evening meet I may have to borrow a dog to bring with me? confused

I'm still coming along. If the weather is like today I'll be in the Caterham, otherwise it'll be the Mustang.

Batty - do you want to passenger up from Bath?

Daz, can you give me a bell, I lost your number when I lost my phone at the Ice Karting - organise a meeting point?

Gezz, do you still need a passenger run?

Good to hear the Manflu has subsided

Directions from the M5 J11a

Follow A417 signs towards Cirencester. At the roundabout by the Air Balloon pub take the 2nd exit staying on the A417 up the hill. at the top of the hill turn right onto the B4070 (Scenic parking sign) then take the first right and drive down the road to the car park.
If it is sunny then the views are stunning so bring your cameras

See you all at 10 a.m. tomorrow.

I will be arriving in convoy with 3GO (Supercharged C5 Corvette) and Shoebag (Diablo VT)

I have written some directions for the route, might be worth bringing a map in case you get lost!

Quick wavey to all the mad loons who came out to play in the monsoon this morning. Good to meet a few more new faces.

Thanks Nigel for planning the morning. Look forward to doing some of the roads at sunrise in the summer months. evil
