Sounds good, am i guna be able to put the route into tomtom6?

You can do. I did it with 15 waypoints on a garmin system. email me so I can send you a word file.

I've sent out a couple of emails, but for everyone else, I have run off copies for passing around on the morning.

Oooh, I could be up for this in the morning. The question is the Z4 M roadster to keep up with you guys and the roof down or should I go for the Tuscan hoping it wont let me down?

Top run chaps - thanks to Daz for doing the route!

Next time, we'll do it proper early like we usually do and get some clear roads!

Good to see everyone out again

What a run! Id never driven like that before and was really worried i was slowing some people up, however Glens comment that I didnt and was ok put a huge grin on my face! Thanks for the reasurance, and a HUGE thanks to the dude who had the westfield (sorry, forgot your name!) who I got lost with for being so good at getting us back on route.

Are the bristol folks planning a drive like that again any time soon? Dieing to have another go at it.

Happens quite often (the drives - not getting lost), but much earlier usually. We'll keep you posted - an bombing run into Wales is on the cards

Edited to add: you were in no way slowing anyone, you have to remember its not all about power - its more experience. More runs like that and you'll build your confidence in your roadcraft. Watch people like Daz and how they move around the road through corners gaining better sight lines etc, and you'll go much faster than any 300bhp monster...

I'll be interested in that one. Really enjoyed that blast back today so would like to do something similar again.

A great run down this morning, good to see everyone enjoying themselves safely.

Best keep details of the route off forum though as we may well use it again with a few modifications.

Oi! Who are you calling monster??!?

Neil is right - the driver is far more important than the car. I am still getting used to it and how it handles in the bends - we only had one brown trouser moment!

nonoYou were doing so well to that point (It's a Caterham, and the name's Bill), nice to meet you

Good to meet/see so many, top laugh on the way down and a good blast on the way back. I was a touch chilly thoughthumbup

I was chatting to a couple of people about track/airfield days. The company I mentioned was Motorsport Events. They have a couple of dates in February for 99 quid, which is a bargain IMOyes
