100dB at 4500 rpm. Or 3/4 max if bike engined. So not that loud, but better than 98dB which seems to be the norm.

I just had a calender of events emailed to me. looks like a good line up for the season with lots in the southwest. Hope my car can ake the sound levels.
Motorsport Events will once again be using the finest airfield venues in the UK, all of which except Little Rissington operate a 100dB(A) noise limit:

Abingdon Airfield (Oxfordshire) - superb airfield venue with a circuit like feel!
Hullavington (J17 of the M4, near Chippenham, Wiltshire) - massive airfield, great surface, superb mixture of corners.
