Talivan back on the Portway, Shirehampton

It seems this is a new favourite spot for them now 
Spotted it last night whilst I was heading out towards Avonmouth on the Portway. It was parked up before the park'n'ride, catching cars as the limit changes from 40mph down to 30mph, literally. There's a slight crest at this point so make dam sure you're doing 30mph otherwise they'll have you, as you won't see him until it's too late.
I think Mr Vectra should be thanking me for slowing him down to 30. Although he didn't seem to appreciate it, as he sat 6" from my bumper until he saw why
I didn't realise they can operate those vans at night anyway. Guess they have night vision now?

Absolute bastards - there absolutely no reason for that section to be 30 - its goes from 40 to 30 and back again within a half mile - nuts!
