Being serious for a second, I guess were looking at a weekend day - we'd need a pub with a large car park, and in all honesty, permission if theres a lot of us (though a handful probably not), and i'd say aim for before lunch, otherwise we might struggle.

Does anyone know any pubs that fit that description? I know one near me - but thats in Chippenham, closer to the M4, I've been to car meets there before (nice section around the back most people dont use, easy to find etc)

Sounds good to me, not the 1st as thats BTCC at Brands though.

Longs Arms in Yarnbrook could be a good idea (close to Trowbridge with a large car park but does get quite busy).

There is a pub at Hilperton called the Kings Arms equally with a large car park (again close to Trowbridge).

Not sure what the food is like in either as not been to them for a while.

The Monaro owners were looking at a meet in Bath in April as it would be quite a nice place to cruise around - possible alterative to Trowbridge but no idea on venue's.

What about the Barge at Seend.

Has a good sized car park and is a nice location.

Barge at Seend is perfect, was not thinking that far out.

Sunday lunch though - won't that be a tad busy?

its hardly far out mate, 5 minutes from Trowbridge!

but yes, as i said, we would need to arrange to meet at 10am-ish to avoid crowds...

The Mill at Rode is also a good venue with plenty of parking.
If we book it will not be a problem.

Bath is a horrendous place to cruise around (I live there) - unless you enjoy sitting in traffic. Not many pubs in Bath with parking either. Some sort of country pub would be better.
