He doesn't know what he means, he is not from these parts. I could so far as to say he is the village town idoit, but we would get into a debate about whether or not he was actually in the village town or just near it.

I've only ever owned one Jag (a '79 XJ6 Coupe) and never wanted another.....till now.

The picture doesn't do it justice, the narrow tapering glasshouse and the wide rear hips looked fantastic and reminded me of a widebody 911. It was interesting to note just how many people stopped to look at the car as they walked past (a lot) compared to say the black Ferrari parked there today which is only getting school boys looking at it.

Saw a gorgeous purple TVR Chimera (or Tuscan?) on Wells Road, Bristol around 10am today, and then later on I saw a yellow Porsche 997 Turbo MKII Cabriolet coming out of Wells towards Penn Hill Mast.

I see a few around Bristol now and again, mostly a yellow Boxster & a Skyline I have seen a couple times with a smiley on it.

Unfortunately neither of my cars have a smiley (yet?), but the Z4MC with a modified (read: loud) exhaust and a lowly Mazda 3 are my two steeds!
Yellow Boxster is likely to be me. Your Z4M doesn't happen to have quad pipes does it? If it's the one i'm thinking of then it happens to be the loudest BMW in Bristol - and good loud too!
Yeah Z4M is quad from standard but mine has been modified a tad - straight pipes from cat back smile so yeah that will likely be mine. It also has Irish plates if that helps. Haha I take great pride in that comment, I shall wear my crown with pride.

The boxster is yellow with black decals? Guessing there can't be many around so assuming it is you!

Sir.

It is obligatory for PH members to be able to tell s TVR Tuscan from a Chimera, they are very different.

Please hand in your membership card and close the door behind you.

Im pretty certain that it was a Tuscan! I was in 'the zone' and didn't notice it until it had gone by - Just saw a flash of purple. Traffic was starting and stopping quickly so I had to be on the ball. Normally I can tell the difference wink I have a soft spot for TVRs, especially the Tuscan and T350.

White Lambrghini Countash spotted in Cheltenham yesterday. Think it was a 5000s. Last time I saw it was years ago so nice to see its still about. Nearly wet myself when I spotted it, I tried to get my student to follow it but we got stuck at lights so never got close. Nice rare spot for February.
