The South West spotted thread!

Followed a TVR Tuscan through central Chelteham at about 7:45 this morning, up past the Ladies' College.
Sounded fantastic.

We were 10 cars behind it and could hear a V12.

Also spotted a red Hurican with a Chelsea type number plate on the bath road recently.

Presume you've also seen the white Aventador Roadster that's out and about? I guess it's tucked up for the winter at the moment as haven't seen it for a couple of months.

Gutted I missed the Countach though. Never seen one in the wild.

Dark silver and heavily modified GT-R in Sainsburys, winterstoke Rd in Bristol at 2 ish.

Sounded really fantastic but did have a naff 'U K3EP UP' numberplate. Not sure exactly what the plate was.

We'd see that white Lamborghini most Saturday's over the summer when out with my students. Used to follow it where we could. Got his name spelt out on the number plate. Begins with 'D' yeah? He lives near where I used to so I just might know someone who knows him. Might see if he'll take me out in it (or just sit in it, as I've never even sat in a Lambo)I might even be able to teach him some observation technique tips.

The races are coming up and there's always loads of nice motors. I've seen 3 phantoms parked next to each other last year. Even seen Rick mail by my mums a few years back, wearing a kilt.

Spotted in Trowbridge Tesco car park yesterday afternoon.
Not quite sure about the shape, looks to Germanic for me and doesn't scream "Yank Tank" although with a 5.0l I'm sure it will sound like one

About 1:45 today, on the A390, just West of St Ann's Chapel, near the Esso garage, while dog walking:
Two RX7s, one red one white (IIRC) heading East.
Then a blue Trans Am (I think) heading West. Nice V8 roar as the driver kicked down for a second when leaving the 40 limit.
