It may have been me, I normally hit Cumberland Basin about half 7, and used to see Jap a lot too!
I don't have a white stripe though, I have a white, green and red one on the sides, and a PH logo on the rear window

Spent an enjoyable half an hour making progress on the M4 with an Evo (8?) earlier today. No sticker. Good plate thought: EV08 ABY (spaced correctly).
