I didn't even see your 55! We got there at about 915 and left just after 10.

i've not been many times this year but i was quite surprised at the turn out today, more than i expected for the time of year. i was in the blue f150 lightning.

Lovely meet on a bright (if cool) autumn morning...and many fine things to see. Two standouts for me, at completely the opposite ends of the spectrum:

Rain, steam and speed: Godfrey Nash with I think it was a 3litre Vtwin





And 2.4tonnes of Cadillac Deville sedan, in metallic Huggy Bear:





(I now have a strange inclination to play Funkadelic's Up for the Down Stroke...)

Just saw a vintage open car driving into Bristol on the Portway and it reminded me. Have to go out and do stuff but will drop in on the way if I get going soon.
