Picked up my new one yesterday! The turbo on my Bora went pop a couple of weeks ago so I've been running round in an old 1.6 Focus - painfully underpowered! As a bonus, also sold the Bora for spares or repair on eBay and it went for £300 within 12 hours!

No smilie on here yet, but just ordered one! So if you see a handsome young gentleman driving around in this, let me know because it will have been stolen smile

Get it done!

This has covered 130k already, but the build quality of it is absolutely fantastic, feels tight as a drum. It's the same engine as my old Bora was, so regular servicing and good care will comfortably see it over 200k and 60mpg on the commute. Can't go wrong!

Will be mate. Rebellion V2 map (arrives tomorrow) and it'll be 3.5s to 60 and 12.0 or less 1/4 mile. Might have to take this one on track.

Remap?

Aren't they ringing the arse out of it already?

What is it - 2.0L and 340bhp?

2.0 turbo with circa 360bhp and 320lbft. No slouch but remap always helps.

That's a lot of ponies to squeeze out of a little engine. Is it like the evo MR with a 4k mile service interval? or have they cobalt lined the bores (focus RS style) and used some magic oil that costs more than 30 year old single malt to stop it melting.

I'm off to do some googling....

Normal annual / mileage based servicing i think. I will be fairly hot on my servicing though. I believe every little helps!

Probably best.

Just rag the knackers off it and flog it before the warranty runs out lol.
