Very very nice David, I like that. Will it fit in the garage though?

Cheers mike, it's off to JKM on Wednesday, hopefully catch up with you soon.

I've just had mine done and a secondary delete makes no odds.

I have a Remus system on mine, that's worth the money. Secondary delete offers no real volume increase or any performance gain at all. Just my 2p. If you want a volume increase, go for headers and / or resonator delete.

The car in that link had a resonator delete also, that's why he got a volume boost. Are you having that done also?

Cheers for the info, just the secondary cat delete at the moment, but looks like I will need to do more.
Cheers Eddie.

I've had this a month now:

Any good? Is it the 180?

I'm considering one for the wife?
Really impressed. You do sit high in it but I'm 6'3" and still have a small amount of room. It's a 595 Competizione so yes 180bhp and it has the optional performance pack which adds the LSD. You're always welcome to take out for a spin or a poke around.

Thanks buddy. To be honest we have just discounted it from our short list following the loan of one from Westover last week. It too was a 595 with all the trimmings and as much as it was fun and cool, it just wasn't practical enough for us as a small family. Thanks for the kind offer though, it's much appreciated.

Eddie

PS. Vbox data can confirm a 0-60 of 7.0s in these and a 0-100 of 18.4s smile

You're welcome, always happy to help a fellow PHer. Yes there's no chance of getting a pushchair in there for a little one and the seats don't allow for much room to get in the back. But certainly a fun car.

Good to see the Vbox data. I had one in the car the other day but we got distracted so didn't run the numbers.

Just got the GT Speed back after 5 man days of hard slog to get the paintwork back to 'Better than Showroom' condition. The previous owner obviously used the roadside 'EU Nationals' and 'Supermarket Car Park Cleaners' to clean the car so it was in a pretty sorry state.

Handed it over to Tim from 'Envy Valeting' on the Gosport road who worked his magic on the paintwork, glass and wheels. I also had the wheel hubs refurbished with heat resistant silver paint and the brake calipers finished in Rosso Red.

The car is totally transformed and I can't wait for a bright sunny day to get some 'Artistic Shots'.

Jealous. The sound of that car is just amazing.
The gargle on the downshift is just to die for.

Thanks. Mine's an 8 speed auto but if you are slowing and hit a paddle, the auto box will downshift to the lowest possible gear. Tried it yesterday at 40mph and it went into first - that was noisy!

You're right about the sound. I've fitted a remote controlled gadget which will switch the exhausts to fully open when required (which will probably be most of the time!!).
