That was me, hit a large stag deer, it leapt off the bank on the near side and the result was spectacular. The deer is currently dead, but if you like venison there is plenty there! Hopefully the Noble is going to be repairable, just waiting for news.
Oh good gawd, that's terrible. My daughter and I were trying to work out what had happened as the damage didn't reflect the location. Now we know. That must have been one hell of a shock. Hopefully such a great car will be swiftly back to full health. Our thoughts go out to you.Have to say that's my worst fear when we do early morning Hoons through the countryside, I had a Roe deer dart out of a hedge on the back roads of Goodwood, the deer did a very quick U turn and popped back into the Hedge, I missed it by a few feet!
Sorry to see your car like that. If you take the car to a bodyshop make sure they really know their stuff when working with composites, each layer has to be sanded back on fibreglass and new matting put in place building up each layer. Ive seen many poor repairs in fibreglass where bodyshops have used filler!
Did the Stagg die instantly or did the Emergency services have to put it down?

Many thanks for the kind thoughts guys
Thankfully it died in a couple of minutes, several people checked it over and it was then definitely dead. I was initially wandering around like a lost sheep as I had no idea what I had hit. It leapt off the high bank to my near side, the people coming the other way just saw bits of Noble fly everywhere and the Stag in the air!!! I did tell the police we needed a vet when I made the initial call though.
Assuming the insurance play ball I will move it to Jetstream at Bruntingthorpe, Matt and Dave are probably the most knowledgeable Noble facility in the UK. They have also worked on the car before and know it pretty well.

As the officers waved us through and we drove slowly past, there was a lady cross from the Land Rover Discovery in front of the recovery truck to, I assume, you stood on the southbound verge and gave you a hug, to be fair, you look like you needed it!. 2 White 5 series Tourings in convoy heading from Verwood into Matchams lane about 9pm last night. Nothing remarkable other than the front one having one of those badly spaced private plates, J 111XXX or something like that, but I am intrigued to know what we had done as cyclists to warrant the horn blasting and aggressive punishment overtakes.

Forgot to post a few months ago on the M27 junction 2 sunday lunchtime a blue 650s 'fig 650'
Sunday a black maserati granturismo m27 think it was a 65 plate.
I always see a white f type r on the way home through eastleigh (twyford road) around 5:50pm. Anyone on here?

And.... a nice i8 in Arundel high street yesterday:
I could upload all my shots from everytime I pop into Goodwood but that would be cheating
