Saw this car parked up in Hedge End the other day. Blue Skoda Octavia PN** YYB. It has fend off lights on the front and lights on the rear bumper. Don't be fooled though. This is not a police car or any other emergency vehicle. Just some sad dude who fitted lights to his car. They most probably flash amber! Point and laugh if you see him

HAHA!!! love it!
on another note, i hate how sneaky the old bill are now - in the latest octys the blue leds are in the bumper lights so totally hidden away! just as well the massive screen inside gives it away!

Whilst at the ringwood long stay on Tuesday waiting to leave for pub club there was a black Octavia VRS with ANPR built into the boot spoiler. Sneaky Russians were driving round the car park checking plates.
