I'm wanting to get under the 7, prep the chassis and then coat it....but at more than 2" from my face which is what I currently have with axle stands.

Anyone have a lift that I could borrow for a weekend?

Or a genius way to get my car higher off the ground?

That Ginge.

Bricks break, wood doesn't.

Woo, has a title now. Was thinking jacks on top of railway sleepers, but ideally I'd love to be able to stand or at least kneel.

We sell dollys at Southways which are designed to take a Sevenesque car. It's basically a trolley which you plonk your car on top of!

Drive up your ramps and then position your four stands in front of them, then borrow my ramps place them on the stands and continue driving up. Ta-daa, problem solved....

Do you still require? I have the use of a 4 poster in my dads workshop if that helps, or a two poster at mine if that fails?
