Good fun today, enjoyed that...Looking forward to the next hehe When I'll feel braver about putting the roof down (Even though it was lovely and sunny at home when I left! That soon changed the other side of Chichester though!)

Enjoyed my first run, even though she decided not to start at Rownhams pit stop! Caught up 25 min later at the pub, no room in the car park and didn't want to park in front of anyone in case she didn't start again. So bus stop down the road it was. Good to meet you fuzzy, Hayling, bondy and Waffy (how you weren't freezing your jacobs off with shorts and a short sleeved shirt/t-shirt i dont know!).

Oh dear, is it the hot start issue? There's a relay kit to get it sorted. Mine's had it fitted.

Just to add my 2p. The Hot Start Kit is a patch and not a fix, had a long chat with Carl Baker about it some years ago. Give the chap a ring before he heads off abroad and see if he can get a proper look at it. smile

Yes, I've read it's just a bypass relay for an old knackered one within the immobiliser (or something like that!) So far mine has started on the button, hot or cold and spins over really well. smile

Most of them do. Mine may look a bit tatty cosmetically, but keeping on top of oily things is the number 1 priority.

woohoo Yeah I had managed to clean it the day before. I'd just had time between spells of rain to rinse, snow foam, hand wash then try some newly bought GTechniq C1.5 silo seal on the bonnet.
