Hi all, Not long to go now, and everything is nearly in place for an excellent day to be had by all. Even the weather seems to playing ball for a change, (considering its a bank holiday).
Shelly and I would to thank everyone that has helped, offered to help or just even decided to support us and her event by attending. I hope that you all have a wonderful day and become 'world record breakers' to boot.
Many thanks again, and we will see you all on Monday, unless you fancy the BBQ on Sunday evening

I'll be along for the meet at Lyndhurst for a bacon roll fix smile

Couple of payment questions though:
I haven't paid online but I assume I can still arrive with the rest of the PH'rs and pay on the gate as we arrive in convoy?
Also I read that children are half price if they donate a couple of cars for the record attempt, is that applicable on the gate still? (I'll have 3 in tow aged 4,6 & 9! Gotta start them early biggrin)

Rich.

Hi Rich

Yes you can pay at the gate but the price is a little more than if you do it through the pride and joy link.

Online price is £10 per adult £5 per child the gate price is £12.50 per adult and £7.50 per child, I would need to double check about the toy cars as I know that it is half price for the children but I do not know if that is only valid on the main tills as they have already allowed us to all get basically half price in we get them in advance.

will have a definite answer tomorrow as Beaulieu is closed now.

Thanks, basically I left it until last min as always and I doubt tickets now could be sent out in time.

Yes the website wasn't clear although it was clear that the price online and at the gate for PH'rs is very reasonable anyway.

Hi Shelley,

I will be arriving at Beaulieu at about 0930 - 1000 now as i have a night shift Sunday. Will I still be able to park in the venue if i arrive at that sort of time?

Rgds,
Hi, If you pay via the Beaulieu events page under Pride and Joy you will get an 'E ticket' that you just have to print off and show on the way in. Any problems just PM me
Many thanks
Shelly

Hi Andy, Yes that's fine, but before 10am would be ideal as the public start coming in then.

see you all Monday smile

Hi Craig. Yes you will be able to leave when you want to. We need you to arrive at Beaulieu by 9.30am so that we are parked up before the general public arrive at 10am. You can either come direct to Beaulieu or there are a couple of convoys you may want to join up with.

Shelly
Cool what time approx is convoy leaving lyndhurst to get to Beaulieu, I will aim to join convoy if miss that I make sure I be there before 09.40
