Looking for recomendations for a full alloy powder coat refurb, full strip and repaint around the Dorset area.

I personally have no first hand experience of Silver Wheels, but I seem to remember tuscanite on here having problems with them in the past.

TWS Bournemouth (Ferndown) were good for me...

Thanks for the recommendations, I'll check them out.

On my search I found these people Wheelworx at Fordingbridge anyone had anything done there.

Have you had your wheels done? I've just got quotes from both Wheelworx and TWS but I feel they are both very expensive. I've seen people on forums talking about paying £150 but then I guess we don't live in a cheap area.

What is the going rate for wheel refurbs?

I bought a cheap set of wheels off eBay to refurb as a 2nd set for track days, but the costs are now looking silly so might flog them back on!

You get what you pay for

Think how much labour, skill and equipment goes into doing a decent job. Having had 2 sets done by TWS im happy to pay the price.

TWS are probably one of the most expensive places, but it's a very very good job.
