Builders in Portsmouth to remove internal wall

Hello fellow PHers. I'm really struggling to find a builder to remove an internal load bearing wall in our house. Got all the structural calcs done- contacted loads of builders via checkatrade etc but so far one solitary quote which is far too expensive (which I expected from them TBH as they have quoted very high on previous jobs). All the others have either been no show, or they show up and never quote, or the one other quote we got which is reasonable, the guy is showing no interest whatsoever in actually getting us booked in!

So as per title, does anyone know anyone decent in the area and actually wants the work/money?

You could give these guys a call, they've been doing similar work in a house down my road in southsea .removing walls to open up the ground and basement floors. Don't know what they charge but worth a call....
