Yep, superb turn out tonight. A really wide variety of cars on display and some nice people to chat to. Good to catch up with a few people.

Eddie, loved the new Mercedes, I'll look forward to having a ride.

Bart, thanks for organising the event. I didn't bring the TVR in the end, decided to come up with my brother in the Clio 172 Cup! Keep up the good work, this will become one of the best meets on the calendar!

Cheers all for coming again. Agree on the bigger car park, I'll try and secure a whole hard standing area next time too and organise a bit of a show area vs normal parking if that makes sense.

Bloody loved the Mexico and the drop nosed porker. Anyone grab any pics or videos!!

Well done Green Man, a cracking meet and some excellent machinery! Had a real soft spot for the i8 cloud9 and Mr Breadman's new MP4 12C yes

I was slightly disappointed that there was no pizza, but the buffet made up for it!

Good to see usual faces and friends and new ones too!

Pat on the back for you smile

Very good meet! Excellent turnout & variety of cars, and a good location too! thumbup

Not long got back to Sherborne after a stop for a Milkshake at McDonalds on the way, fairly clear run so it was good to be able to open the car up on my way, I don't use it that much so enjoy a spirited run home through the Countryside. driving

Next time I make it, I'll have to try and talk to a few more people though... paperbag

Cheers for another great meet Bart! Much better then the last one & had such a great turn out of cars down from modded Volvos & Civic Type R's to the McLaren 12C & even a BMW i8! Even the weather played ball too!

My feet were dead by the time I got home but it was well worth it!

For those wondering about pics? Well I took a rather lot of them!

Great pictures as always RSD 25.

For those that were there, that was the last time the Ultima will be seen in the Miura Green. Sadly it won't be at the next meet either as we get back from Australia the night before.

On the subject of this - We are away for 3 weeks and although I will have intermittent internet access, organising things with the venue will be tricky. I will try to get everything in place before we fly but may need to call upon my friends to get everything finalised.

Look forward to seeing you all again next time, if we could get the same sort of numbers as last night then I can only see the event getting better. Bart

I was busy doing some work on a car for Goodwood Revival so was busy till late and thought it would be too late to get down to the meet. I'd really have liked to have seen that i8 and had a chat about it. Looks like it's becoming a very well attended event. Well done Bart!

Excellent turnout last night, Top marks as usual to Bart, my lad really liked the 12C.

I'll be uploading pics shortly and a video later tonight.

When I left, I saw a camera/phone or two pointed at the car. If anybody got a vid of my "squealy" start, would they mind posting it please? I've not heard mine from outside before biggrin
